2. Usage Conditions

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
You must not abuse the service (e.g., automated bulk requests).

3. Subscription & Payments

Sift Free: Limited to 3 articles per day.
Sift Pro: $19.99/year for unlimited access.
Subscriptions are handled via Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store settings.

4. Intellectual Property

The content of articles processed by Sift belongs to their original authors. Sift provides a transformation service and claims no ownership over the original content.

5. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to:

Modify, suspend, or terminate the service (with notice).
Restrict access for abusive accounts.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
That AI-generated summaries are completely accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via the app or email.
