Please include your iOS version, device model, and what you tried to share/play.

Common Issues

Share to Sift doesn’t appear: In Safari, tap Share → scroll down → Edit Actions → enable Sift.

Processing takes a while: Some sites are heavier to extract. Leave Sift open, or wait for the “Ready” state.

No audio / playback stuck: Try switching networks, then reopen Sift. If the issue persists, email us the item title/URL.

Subscription not unlocked: Open Settings → Restore Purchases.

Privacy & Data Deletion

You can delete items in the app. For full account deletion, use the Delete Account option in Settings or email us.
